It felt pricey for what I ended up getting. The service was okay, umm, but nothing really stood out, and I was expecting a bit more for the money. I probably wouldn’t use it again at that price.

I booked the wine tasting thinking it would be a fun little experience, but honestly... I expected more. The wines were okay, like not bad by any means, but nothing really made me go, “Wow, I need a bottle of this.” And the whole thing felt so rushed, which was annoying because isn’t the point of a tasting to actually enjoy it a bit? The staff was perfectly nice, so no complaints there, but there was barely any explanation between pours. Just kind of pour, sip, move on. For what it cost, I don’t think I’d bother doing it again.

I had to cancel my booking, and it was hassle-free. They processed the refund without making a big deal out of it. It took a few days to come through, but all good in the end

It definitely gave me confidence ordering from them again, especially knowing the quality was better than I expected. I’d happily buy from them next time I need a few bottles.

I ordered a wine gift box from winetrain.com for our anniversary and even paid extra to make sure it got here on time. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I figured paying for faster delivery would actually mean something. It ended up arriving 3 days late, and to make it worse, the bottle wasn’t even the one I picked. Customer service took forever to get back to me and basically just said sorry with no real solution. I keep wondering if I should’ve just handled the gift myself instead of trusting the site. Frustrating for something that was supposed to be part of a special night. I won’t be ordering from them again

Not gonna lie, my trip from Paris to Lyon went really smooth. Everything was easy, on time, and way less stressful than I expected.

I had a really nice time on the wine train and would definitely say it’s worth doing. The narration was clear and easy to follow, with just the right amount of interesting little facts without feeling like too much. The food was good, the views were lovely, and overall it felt like a well-run experience that would be easy for most people to enjoy. A couple parts felt a little rushed, and the sound was hard to hear once or twice, but it didn’t take away from the day too much. Still a fun trip and a solid 4 stars from me.

The ride itself was fine, I guess, but the seats were way too hard and felt cramped. After a bit my back started hurting, so I couldn’t really relax or enjoy it. Kind of ruined the whole thing for me. Anyway.

It was really relaxing just sitting back with a glass of wine and enjoying the ride. A friend had recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the booking details could have been a little clearer, but overall it was a really nice day out

I was trying to buy some wine, but the site was confusing. A lot of the buttons weren’t labeled clearly, so I kept second-guessing what I was clicking on. Compared to other wine shops online, this one felt way less straightforward. After a while, I got frustrated and just gave up on the purchase.

To be fair, the booking worked and I was able to get everything done in the end. It just wasn’t as smooth as I expected. A couple of steps were a little confusing, so it took me longer than it probably should have. Not a bad experience overall, but there’s definitely some room to make the process clearer
